Privacy Policy

Goal Nexary is an independent project managed by its owner. This policy covers both this information website and the Goal Nexary application, used by its owner to publish content on their authorised YouTube channel.

This website does not offer user registration or connections to third-party channels. Visiting it does not grant access to your Google account.

The application uses Google OAuth to obtain authorisation. It does not request or store your Google password. The intended permissions are:

• youtube.readonly: identify the authorised channel and read video data and status.
• youtube.upload: upload and manage videos on the authorised channel, including files and metadata needed for publication.

The channel ID and name, video IDs and status, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, video files and publication settings are processed. OAuth credentials (access and refresh tokens) are stored to maintain the authorised connection. Gmail, Drive and other Google service permissions are not requested.

Data is used exclusively to identify the correct channel, prepare and carry out authorised publications, check processing and avoid duplicate uploads. Publication files and metadata are transmitted to Google/YouTube. Private infrastructure and its technical providers host and operate the service.

Google data is not sold, used for advertising or shared for purposes unrelated to the described operation. Information obtained through Google APIs and OAuth credentials are not used to train artificial intelligence models. Editorial creation may use public information and original scripts; it does not require sending OAuth tokens to a model.

Human access is limited to the owner for project operation, requests or incidents, and circumstances required by law. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy ↗, including its Limited Use requirements.

Credentials are retained while the authorised connection is needed. Publication files and records are retained to complete, recover and verify each job; the whole channel history, its comments and audience statistics are not indiscriminately archived.

There is currently no uniform automatic deletion schedule: the owner manages removal of data no longer needed. Credentials remain in restricted private storage, outside the website and public repository. Communication with Google uses HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security.

The owner may revoke access through Google account connections ↗. This prevents future authorised access but does not delete videos already on YouTube.

The application is for personal use: the owner manages access, rectification and deletion of local data. Third-party accounts and channels are not connected. Removal of credentials and local data is handled manually, except records whose retention is legally necessary. Videos hosted on YouTube are managed in YouTube Studio; deleting a local file does not delete its publication.

This website has no analytics, advertising, forms, first-party cookies or local storage. Individual pages offer a YouTube player on demand: there is no connection to YouTube until you press play. Activation loads a youtube-nocookie.com iframe and transmits technical data to Google/YouTube; privacy-enhanced mode does not mean there is no data processing. Website thumbnails and fonts are served from our own domain. The hosting provider may process technical request data, such as IP address, time and requested resource, to serve and protect the site.
