Terms of Service

Goal Nexary is an independent project. This website presents the project and its publishing application. It offers no public accounts, sales or subscriptions. Project content is available on our YouTube channel ↗.

The application operates on its owner's authorised channel. Visiting this website does not authorise publication, connect your account or grant access to third-party channels.

Content combines public information, analysis and original scripts. Production may include presenters, voices and images generated with artificial intelligence; these are not represented as statements by a real person or official club communications.

Opinions are independent and may contain errors. Corrections may be reported on the project YouTube channel. Do not share personal data, passwords or tokens in public comments. Third-party rights are respected: names, trademarks and links do not imply affiliation or grant rights over their materials.

The application uses YouTube API Services. Use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service ↗ and Google Privacy Policy ↗. Goal Nexary's specific data handling is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Having OAuth authorisation does not imply Google verification or guarantee that public publication is permitted. The application must comply with applicable quotas, restrictions and controls, not bypass them.

The website and integrations may experience interruptions or changes. External services have their own terms. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes will be published on this page with their date. Project content is available on the YouTube channel linked from this website.
