This policy explains data processing about visitors to goalnexary.com, the independent sports publication GoalNexary, managed by its owner. For privacy enquiries or to exercise your rights, contact info@goalnexary.com.

Reading is free and requires no registration. Fantasy optionally offers Google sign-in to save lineups and enter the league. It does not request access to your YouTube channels or social accounts.

Hosting and content delivery providers may process technical request data: IP address, browser, time, resource requested and errors. This is used to deliver pages, maintain availability, prevent abuse and resolve incidents. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in providing a secure, operational website.

If you contact us, we process your email, message and any information you choose to provide to respond. General enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact the project; rights requests are handled to meet legal obligations. Avoid sending sensitive information or unnecessary third-party data.

We do not incorporate audience analytics, advertising or advertising profiles. Fantasy automatically applies its published sports scoring rules, without legal effects on participants.

Your chosen language is saved in your browser’s local storage, under goalnexary.language, to remember it while you browse and on future visits. This is a functional preference, not an advertising identifier or tracking mechanism, and is not sent to third parties.

Editorial browsing does not require session cookies. Signing into Fantasy uses strictly necessary cookies to authenticate, refresh sessions and complete Google sign-in; these are not advertising cookies. You can change the language in the header and remove the preference in your browser’s site data settings. If storage is disabled, the choice lasts only for the current visit.

Images and fonts are served from our domain. The YouTube player does not load until you choose to play a video; you can read the analysis without activating it.

Pressing play establishes a connection to Google/YouTube through youtube-nocookie.com. Google may receive your IP address, device information and interaction with the player. Privacy-enhanced mode does not eliminate all data processing. See the Google Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.

Links to YouTube, X or other websites do not connect your accounts to GoalNexary. If you follow them, the destination service’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

Technical hosting, content delivery and email providers support the service to the extent needed for their functions. This website is hosted on Vercel: see its privacy policy. We do not sell visitor data or share it for advertising. Data may also be disclosed to authorities when legally required.

Some providers, including Vercel and Google, may process information outside the European Economic Area. Applicable terms and safeguards are described in their privacy and data protection documentation. Google’s processing associated with the player begins when you choose to activate it.

Technical logs are retained according to provider retention periods and as needed to handle incidents, protect the service or meet legal obligations. Messages are retained as needed to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, legal responsibilities. The language preference remains in your browser until changed or cleared.

We use HTTPS and restricted access measures in project management. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability by writing to info@goalnexary.com and identifying the right you wish to exercise. Additional identification will be requested only where necessary to verify the request. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency or your competent data protection authority.

If you create an account, Supabase Auth manages the identifier and email provided through Google sign-in. We store your alias, language, entries, drafts, confirmed lineups and points to provide the service you request. Your alias and points appear in rankings; your email, drafts and account history do not. No YouTube or social-media permissions are required.

Sessions use protected functional cookies. Guest selections stay on this device; account data is stored in an independent Fantasy database. The installed app does not cache sessions or private responses for offline access.

Supabase provides authentication and database services; see its privacy policy. Google applies its policy during sign-in. Account data is retained while you participate. Deleting your account in My account removes your profile, entries, lineups and personal results without changing sports articles. Technical backups and logs follow applicable provider retention and obligations. You can also exercise your rights by email.

We will update this page when website features or data processing change. The update date appears at the top. If new tools require additional information or consent, we will provide it before activating them.
